With chef Mahavir Kanswal, we have prepared a traditional Indian Palak Paneer with spinach, corn and rice. Palak Paneer is an Indian dish consisting of creamy spicy spinach, corn and traditional Indian Paneer cheese. We chose rice as a side dish. The dish is very light and balanced and will be enjoyed even by a die-hard "carnivore".
