As the main course this weekend, we are serving beef Rib Eye with a sauce made from fermented Kampot pepper, accompanied by smoked mashed potatoes, ratatouille, and leafy salad with peas, radishes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and balsamic dressing with red onion. You won't miss out on tomato soup, pinsa carbonara, and a sweet treat in the form of Gianduja mousse with candied orange peel. Unlimited consumption of prosecco, homemade lemonade, and juice are included.
