Pinsa by Dan Bureš straight out of Hell's Kitchen 🍕

Dan Bureš, the head chef at V Zátiší and a star of Hell's Kitchen Česko, brings a fresh addition to our menu. Stepping out from the fine dining kitchen to join us, he has created a pinsa inspired by one of his favorite Italian dishes, pasta a la vodka. The base of the pinsa features the distinctive sauce made from tomatoes, vodka, and mascarpone, topped with guanciale, both sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, basil, burrata, and basil oil. Dan loves pasta a la vodka, and we love this pinsa! ❤️ Don't miss out on this!
