With chef Gialunca Giardi, we have prepared a traditional Italian dish in the form of tomato soup topped with fresh basil. Whether soup or sauce, tomato is a Czech classic. However, its origins lie elsewhere, in southern Europe! That's why the Italian chef Gianluca took it upon himself to prepare it and imprinted it with Italian charm. With fresh basil, its flavour stands out, the cream gives it finesse and a little freshly ground black pepper gives it a kick. And both children and adults love it!
Together with chef Petr Bureš, we have prepared a traditional Czech delicacy in the form of beef on garlic with homemade potato wedges, which is perfectly complemented by the taste of spinach. Beef on garlic is stewed and cooked in chef Petr's kitchen for several hours, so you can be sure that it will literally melt on your tongue.
