With chef Gialunca Giardi, we have prepared a traditional Italian dish in the form of tomato soup topped with fresh basil. Whether soup or sauce, tomato is a Czech classic. However, its origins lie elsewhere, in southern Europe! That's why the Italian chef Gianluca took it upon himself to prepare it and imprinted it with Italian charm. With fresh basil, its flavour stands out, the cream gives it finesse and a little freshly ground black pepper gives it a kick. And both children and adults love it!
With chef Honza Bureš, we have prepared for you a favorite Czech classic - fried cheese with boiled potatoes. The cheese is coated in breadcrumbs to make it beautifully crispy.
Together with chef Petr Bureš, we have prepared a typical Scandinavian dish - traditional meatballs with tomato sauce and tarhoňa.
